PUMA and TYAKASHA, the brand known for their novel aesthetics, launched a fun new collection featuring classic silhouettes with a twist.
Based out of Shanghai, TYAKASHA is taking the Asian fashion world by storm. The brand is known to offer versatile pieces that are lively, raw and experimental in the best way. With fresh, street-ready styles and a quirky supermarket themed collection, TYAKASHA shows how effortless it is to dress without a rulebook.
FOOD LIFE is how the supermarket themes are being executed in graphics - playing with ice cream waffles and snack menus. Working on this collaborative collection with PUMA, the brand’s founder Tong Yun took a fun spin on the East meets West concept by including illustrations of European and Asian food delights like sausages and dumplings. The result is a fresh, interesting, unforgettable collection featuring classic PUMA styles.
The capsule collection presents playful food-inspired pigment prints, leather material and a minimal yet distinguishable design that make the CLYDE GRAPHIC TYAKASHA and CLYDE TYAKASHA a streetstyle essential. To complete the look, the collection also features apparel that is creatively styled with fun foodie characters like doodles of pizza and snacks in bold colours of red, orange and black, PUMA Archive No.1 logo and TYAKASHA print. The snack bar adapted a special menu design showcasing different cuisines in the apparel pieces.
The PUMA x TYAKASHA collection drops on 28th September at PUMA SELECT stores.
