First Look: PUMA x MAISON KITSUNÉ Collection

PUMA and Maison Kitsuné are partnering together for the first time for a full collection, merging the brand’s Paris-meets-Toyko aesthetic with PUMA’s classic styles and sport heritage.

With a vintage yet modern look, the collection takes from Maison Kitsuné’s roots. The styles merge Japanese and French design elements and Miason Kitsuné’s signature elevated basics with PUMA’s classic silhouettes and DNA to create a fresh and unique collection. The colour palette plays with different shades while keeping it tonal and earthy. Rubberized finishes and authentic co-branding help make this a collection that’s the epitome of chic street style. Maison Kitsuné’s signature Fox logos can be seen throughout the collection. Coming from the French word for house, Maison, and the Japanese word for fox, Kitsuné, it represents a symbol of versatility, much like the brand itself, as showcased in this collection.

Detailed utilitarian pieces like the Military Jacket (R5 999) and Cargo Pants (R2 499) stand out alongside items like the Hooded Long Jacket (R4 699), AOP Coach Jacket (2 499) and Tee (R1 699), Heavy Sweat Pant (R2 299) and Oversized Tee (R999) that feature embroidery and minimalistic designs. The Military Jacket is made of a technical fabric that protects you from winds and keeps you comfortable in wet conditions. It includes an all-over graphic print lining with thin padding and multiple front flaps and hook and loop pockets for secure storage solutions. Coming in perfect form and function, the regular fit Cargo Pants feature six pockets and graphic embroidery.

Rubber mudguards are a key element in the footwear story, rooted in Japanese heritage, much like Maison Kitsuné. The Ralph Sampson Mid (R2 999) has a black nylon upper with a moulded rubber overlay in tan. The collection also includes the Ralph Sampson Lo (R2 599). Accessories include a Waist Bag (R1 299), Cap (R399), and Bucket Hat (R549).
