Gavin Rajah – Durban Fashion Fair

Gavin Rajah, presented a beautiful collection at the Durban Fashion Fair. The colour palette included black, white, off-white, blue and gold. He paid attention to detail in both his formal and casual pieces. There was quite a few pieces that you can wear straight off the runway onto the streets.

The Return of the Gentleman – Durban Fashion Fair

Will 2014 be the ‘Year of the Gentleman’? Carducci and Viyella recently showed their autumn/winter collections at Durban Fashion Fair which included tailored suits, blazers, shirts, bow ties and knitwear. Their collections included both formal and casual looks. The pieces which were shown will make any guy look dapper!

#Fashion Friday, Alonso Mateo – The World’s Most Stylish Kid

Alonso Mateo is a five year old kid that has SWAG. He’s SWAGGER is on point! The little boy is a mini fashion icon that rocks tailor-made suits, pocket squares, untucked and rolled sleeve shirts, designer denim and designer blazers.

He became an Internet sensation after his mother Luisa Fernanda Espinosa, a freelance stylist from Laguna Beach, California, who has worked for Harper’s Bazaar, put up her son's pictures on her Instagram account. Alonso also has his own Instagram account and boasts with 48,683 followers.

In most of his pictures, he poses nonchalantly, looking away from the camera and smiles charismatically. He also has a few ‘selfies’ which he takes with his iPhone. Alonso wears brands that most of us would dream to own which includes Gucci, Dolce & Gabana Tom Ford, Burberry and Dior to name a few.

David Tlale’s Menswear Show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Cape Town 2013

We are not done yet with reviewing the spring/summer collections as seen on the runways during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Cape Town. Today we look at David Tlale’s collection. The location of the show was on a closed off bridge in the Helen Suzman Boulevard. The colour palette included sunshine yellow, turquoise, black, white and gold. I liked the suits, but I think the shorts were a little too short for guys. Well done on another spectacular collection David!

David Beckham – 2013 Underwear Campaign for H&M

David Beckham created his own underwear line with H&M. In the latest campaign he models the latest David Beckham Bodywear Collection, where he wears maroon and white briefs (see the pictures below). The full H&M campaign with more pictures will debut on 22 August 2013.

H&M will be coming to South Africa in 2015 (they have signed a lease to open a store in Mall of Africa in Johannesburg).

The pictures below are for the ladies to enjoy! Ladies soon you will be able to buy the underwear for your man when H&M comes to South Africa. However if you are single gents, you can still buy it for yourself or ask others to buy for you as a gift.
